Census Bureau: More men than women in Hanamaulu in 2017


Of the 5,386 people living in Hanamaulu in 2017, 48.3 percent (2,600) were women and 51.7 percent (2,786) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Hawaii Business Daily.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,645-to-1,631. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 464 females and 361 males.
