Hawaii residents attending two-year schools pay the lowest in-state tuition at Honolulu Community College, Windward Community College and Leeward Community College, according to an analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2018-19 academic year reported by two-year schools to the U.S. Department of Education.
