Hawaii residents attending two-year schools pay the highest in-state tuition at Hawaii Medical College, Paul Mitchell the School-Honolulu and Travel Institute of the Pacific, according to an analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2018-19 academic year reported by two-year schools to the U.S. Department of Education.
